THE BAR

Founded in 2001 as a bottle shop, homebrew supply store, and tasting room, Papago Brewing Company has evolved into a full service restaurant and the premier place in the Valley to enjoy world-class craft beer.

THE BEER

We feature 30 beers on tap. And every time a keg runs out, a different one takes its place. You will never see the same lineup twice. We also offer over 500 different bottled beers to drink on site or to take home. We love beers from all over the world, and you can choose from a wide selection of Belgian, German, and English beers from our coolers and on tap. But our pride and our specialty is kick-ass American craft beer. We love to drink local, and we love to offer the best of the best from microbreweries around the country.

THE FOOD

The best compliment for good beer is good company and good food. We're best known for our unique hand-pressed pizzas. We use a different beer in our fresh-made dough each day depending on what is on tap, and the result is something always a little bit different, and always delicious. We also offer sandwiches, salads, and appetizers to satisfy any appetite.

We are beer people. We drink it, we brew it, we love it. And we want to share this passion with you. Whether you want something light, dark, hoppy, sour, or sweet, our knowledgeable staff will find the right beer for your taste. And we know that there is always something new to learn, so ask questions! We love to talk about these beers, and maybe you can teach us something new as well.
